About Me

I'm a health and wellness coach and yoga teacher on a mission to help others live a healthy and fulfilling life.

Let's talk yoga ...

I first began my yoga journey over 20 years ago, with varying degrees of consistency over the years. My passion for yoga really ramped up again in 2019/2020 when I embarked on my yoga teacher training course. I maintain that through personal practice and ongoing continuous professional development.

I'm trained in a variety of yoga disciplines and love teaching them all. I learn so much from the people in my classes every time I teach!

And coaching ...

Taking a holistic approach to wellness I support you to regain confidence and control of your wellbeing to live a health and fulfilling life.

I draw on a wealth of experience in learning and development, leadership, career development, coaching & mentoring, neurolinguistic programming (NLP), mindset, movement and nutrition to support you to implement and sustain, lifestyle and behaviour changes that contribute to achieving your personal health and lifestyle goals.

Putting it all together ...

This definitely isn't a one size fits all approach, if we're a suitable match, we work together to assess a variety of areas that address imbalances in your life and set out clear goals and actions that are bespoke to you. How long we work together for is determined by your needs and actions.

I also offer group coaching for individuals working on a common theme, yet have different individual goals. The networking opportunities, accountability of a group and ongoing support is simply wonderful.

Yoga is a sanskrit word and translates as "yoke" or "union" and the aim here is to create a union of the body, mind, soul and universal consciousness that allows you to experience deep states of freedom, peace and self realisation.
Yoga is an ancient system of physical, mental and spiritual practices that have been passed down through the generations.
These diverse practices can include breathing techniques, postures, relaxation, chanting and other meditation methods, all of which, teach us to see ourselves clearly, understand what is true about who we are and to let go of anything that doesn't serve us. Yoga helps us to become more aware of our thoughts, feelings and beliefs and gives us the tools to make better choices and live more fully.
There are many different styles of yoga, each with their own unique focus and approach to creating that union/unitive state.
Online yoga classes are hosted using Zoom meaning that as long as you have access to Zoom, you can join a class from a location that suits you.
Simply book your space in advance and the link will be sent to join the virtual class. The virtual class will open 10 minutes before the class starts so that you can log in, test your audio and settle on to your mat in plenty of time.
Yes and no - I provide mats, blocks, straps, eye pillows and blankets. If you prefer to use your own equipment you're most welcome to bring it with you.
I do recommend you bring some water or something to drink.
Yes - to ensure a safe space to practice, all spaces must be booked in advance, including online yoga.
All bookings are non refundable. Subject to 24hours notice and availability, you can move your booking to another date.
